Despite the weather, the calendar is telling us that we are approaching the time to get things moving for the upcoming 2020 season.  To that end:

1. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 29th at 2:00 pm. In addition to regular business and updates, the positions of Vice Commodore, Wharf Chair, Social Committee Chair and Secretary will be elected. Any member interested in volunteering for one of these positions should contact the Commodore, Ches West at crjwest@gmail.com.  All members are encouraged to attend this meeting to offer input on the operation and direction of our club.  Hoping to see you there.

2. Invoices for lift-in and the 2020 boating season will be going out shortly. Please remember that all members wishing to maintain their berth for the 2019 season must pay the HMPC capital improvement fee ($750 + HST = $862.50) and any overdue balance on their account no later than March 31, 2020. Any member that has not paid by this deadline will lose their berth assignment for the season and it will be assigned to a member on our waiting list. Any member paying this fee directly to HMPC is responsible for providing confirmation of payment to the Treasurer (treasurer@tnyc.ca) prior to March 31. The Treasurer will be accepting cheques at the AGM for those who wish to make payment at that time.
